Arseneau Audiology Clinic needed to expand its workspace, they sought a unique architectural design that would be low maintenance with low operating costs, equipped with a rental space and functional, accessible, and comfortable aesthetic spaces. The building was designed with energy savings at its core, and includes a geothermal system with in-floor heating and LED luminaires for both the internal and external lighting.
