The Architects’ Association of New Brunswick is pleased to invite all licensed architects authorized to practice architecture in New Brunswick during the eligibility period, to participate in the competition for the 2025 Lieutenant Governor’s Award of Excellence in Architecture. This competition fulfills a critical role in recognizing and promoting excellence in New Brunswick’s built environment and to increase public understanding of the context and fabric of New Brunswick architecture.
Objective of the Award: to recognize and celebrate outstanding architectural design for New Brunswick projects by architects licensed with the AANB
Eligibility: Projects built in New Brunswick, which were substantially completed between May 1, 2018, and April 30 2025, for which New Brunswick licensed architects were the lead design architects, registered with the AANB at the time of project completion, are eligible to be submitted.
