Two stage process whereby NB employers are responsible for filling out the application for approval, even if bringing in out of province workers or contractors. Stage 1 of the process is the determination of eligibility. Once approved for eligibility, the application moves to Stage 2 to ensure that all the applicable qualifications are met, before receiving an official approval. WorkSafeNB works with all applicants that have passed through Stage 1 successfully to complete the Stage 2 process.
